We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Manager to join Rapport contract in the City of London. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a premium corporate space, ensuring it operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards at all times. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-managed environment for clients and visitors, delivering a seamless experience through strong organisation, attention to detail, and proactive service.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the reception and wider workplace space, ensuring it is presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
  • Maintaining strong awareness of business activity and adapting the space and service to meet changing needs.
  • Planning and organising tasks to ensure a smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
  • Managing any client queries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, liaising with relevant departments where required.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall workplace experience.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure seamless service across all touchpoints.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed consistently and accurately.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members from a process and environment perspective.
