The Role

  • As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a dedicated kitchen section within the staff dining operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running a designated kitchen section during service
  • Preparing and cooking dishes in line with agreed menus and specifications
  • Delivering high-volume breakfast and lunch services without compromising quality
  • Supporting multiple food concepts including counters, grab & go and hot food service
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, HACCP and allergen compliance standards
  • Ensuring the section remains clean, organised and service ready at all times
  • Supporting stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction initiatives
  • Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture
