We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Catering & Events Manager to lead food services and hospitality operations at a vibrant corporate site in Fitzrovia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional experiences, and taking ownership of a varied catering and events programme.
Location: London, Fitzrovia, W1T 4JD
Rate of Pay: £36,100 per annum, Event hours are paid at 1.5x overtime rate
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a free-issue site with a weekday snacking and pantry programme
- Licence: Alcohol is served on site, so the successful candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Licence
- Managing a Hot Feeding Programme delivered by a Central Production Unit (CPU) on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering hospitality and events, including last‐minute and high‐touch C‐Suite engagements
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior (C‐Suite) clients
- Managing budgets, cost control, and financial performance with a commercially astute approach
- Ensuring excellent service standards, compliance, and smooth day‐to‐day operations
- Bringing creativity and energy to food offers and events, continuously improving the client experience
