Are you passionate about helping others unlock their potential? We are looking for a Business Coach to join our Learning and Development team at Rapport's Head Office in Holborn, London. In this pivotal role, you will support the growth of current and emerging leaders through one-to-one and group coaching, empowering them to build confidence, capability and impact across our business.
You will be part of a team that champions inclusion, continuous learning and service excellence. Working closely with Rapport Managers, Ambassadors, and our People Teams, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our Coaching Culture, helping every individual take ownership of their development and shine in the service they deliver.
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 20 per week (Monday-Friday), working as required by the business, and in agreement between successful candidate and the Head of L&D.

Main responsibilities
- Provide confidential one-to-one coaching to leaders and high-potential employees to strengthen capability, confidence, and performance.
- Design and deliver engaging group coaching sessions and workshops that foster collaboration, reflection, and shared learning.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align coaching activity with organisational priorities and talent development needs.
- Reinforce leadership frameworks and tools introduced through learning initiatives, supporting their practical application.
- Track and evaluate coaching outcomes, sharing insights on common development themes to inform wider people strategies.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation.
- Maintain up-to-date professional coaching knowledge and credentials to ensure best practice and impact.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally, has proven experience as a Business Coach, Executive Coach, or Leadership Development professional.
- Holds a recognised coaching certification (e.g. ICF, EMCC, or equivalent).
- Has a strong understanding of leadership competencies, team dynamics, organisational development, and change management.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Brings warmth, credibility, and professionalism, earning trust through empathy, integrity, and discretion.
- Creates a safe and supportive environment where leaders feel heard, challenged, and inspired to grow.
- Balances compassion with accountability, guiding others to translate reflection into meaningful action and performance.
- Combines curiosity with commercial awareness to connect individual development to business priorities.
- Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, keeping coaching practice current and impactful.
