  • We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Assistant Site Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of services across our healthcare site.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help drive service excellence, support and develop teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

You will also deputise for the General Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality services in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and frontline teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety and company procedures.
  • Monitor staffing levels, rotas, stock control and operational performance.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support employee relations, absence management, inductions and performance reviews.
  • Assist in managing budgets, labour costs and service efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous management or supervisory experience within a healthcare, hospitality, facilities management or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate with experience of using operational systems.
  • Proactive, customer-focused and capable of making decisions using your own initiative.
