We are seeking a Lobby Host to join our excellent team at Rapport. The Lobby Host will be part of a team of 11 Hosts to determine the first impressions visitors and occupiers have. They will work in partnership with each other and their team leaders to establish consistent service excellence. The aim of this role is to ensure that an exceptionally high level of customer service is delivered to all occupiers and visitors that use our front-of-house spaces and associated services. Assisting our prestigious client in their mission to help create a place where people thrive.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Salary: £36,600 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional welcome by greeting, navigating and supporting visitors throughout the lobby space.
  • Manage the lobby environment ensuring it remains presentable, safe and aligned with the client’s standards.
  • Coordinate visitor access using the visitor management app, collaborating with security and following all access procedures.
  • Handle enquiries professionally providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless client journey.
  • Communicate effectively with teams sharing updates, reporting concerns and supporting colleagues to deliver consistent service.
  • Take ownership of service delivery anticipating needs, supporting new starters, completing handovers and maintaining high operational standards.
