Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

  • Main Responsibilities for Team Members
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Answer guest questions confidently and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and related products.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing and work areas in accordance with company policies.
