We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team in Leeds.

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:30-15:00, 40 hours per week

Location: LS10 1AB

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen during high-volume service, managing up to 800 covers at peak periods, ensuring consistent quality, timing, and presentation of high-end plated dishes, including the daily main course offer.
  • Deliver a high-quality, budget-controlled menu with a focus on premium plated meals and a consistent “dish of the day” that meets both client expectations and commercial targets.
  • Oversee production for the 24-hour micro market and ensure it is fully stocked before close, alongside preparing hot locker pre-order meals for 6pm collection, maintaining freshness, availability, and presentation.
  • Manage, train, and support kitchen staff, ensuring strong performance, food safety compliance, and efficient service during peak periods.

Requirement: Strong background in high-end restaurants and/or high-quality contract catering.
