You’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences, partner closely with the HR and People stakeholders and ensure development activity is consistent, relevant and drives real outcomes!
This is a varied role, with a combination of time spent delivering training, partnering within the organisation and taking a work from home day when required.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging learning content across online and in-person platforms
- Partner with central teams to understand the learning needs of individual sites and develop clear, structured career pathways
- Lead the design and implementation of an award-winning management induction programme, ensuring it is fully embedded across the business
- Support outcomes from talent mapping, working closely with HR Business Partners
- Collaborate with Recruitment on initiatives such as recruitment workshops and supporting online learning modules
- Work with DEI to ensure learning is inclusive, relevant and consistent
- Measure learning effectiveness, assess content quality and track outcomes
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Experience in learning delivery and content creation
- Proven experience managing apprenticeship programmes; overseeing learner cohorts and ensuring delivery aligns with broader business objectives
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for food and creating great people experiences
- Experience with Insights Discovery/Franklin Covey/Myers-Briggs highly desirable
