MATCH DAY KITCHEN PORTERS WANTED! Join the Constellation Team at Leicester Tigers! Constellation at Leicester Tigers is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our match-day team, working behind the scenes across the stadium’s kitchens and food & beverage outlets. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the match-day operation running smoothly, supporting the kitchen and hospitality teams throughout the event and helping ensure fans receive a great experience from kick-off to final whistle!

5 KEY THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Washing Up & Cleaning: Keep crockery, utensils, equipment and kitchen areas clean and ready for service, maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the match day.
- Supporting the Kitchen Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with general preparation, clearing and other tasks to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy periods.
- Stock & Deliveries: Help receive, move and organise food, drinks and kitchen supplies, ensuring everything is stored correctly and available when required.
- Work at Match-Day Pace: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
- Keep the Match-Day Operation Running Smoothly: Help maintain clean, safe and organised kitchen and service areas while supporting the wider team throughout the event.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:
- Are 18+
- Live locally in Leicester or the surrounding area
- Have previous experience in hospitality, catering, kitchens or cleaning — desirable but not essential
- Have a strong work ethic and are willing to get stuck in
- Can work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods
- Understand the importance of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Are reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Work well as part of a team
- Are available for weekend match days, Christmas periods and other busy events
MORE WORK AVAILABLE! Successful candidates who perform well on match days may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week, including other hospitality and catering work with Constellation. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, build experience and access more regular work beyond match days.
