We're currently recruiting 2 dedicated Kitchen Porters on a 35 hour and 30 hour contract Monday to Friday to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at one of our Government Service sites. As a Kitchen Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. Due to this role being in a high security environment, all applicants must be a British citizen and have been in the UK for 5 years or longer, and must not have left the UK for more than 2 months at any one time in the last 3 years.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the kitchen is always kept at a high standard of cleanliness
- Working quickly to prepare fresh food in a busy kitchen
- Guaranteeing our chefs have everything they need to make our fresh dishes
- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
- Being an enthusiastic team player
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
