We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Kitchen Administrator to carry out all general administrative tasks and organise the day-to-day running of the chef’s office at the Kia Oval.
The role:- Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the chef’s office.
- Support stock control processes, including stocktakes, ordering, and goods receipt records.
- Manage daily kitchen orders and procurement using internal systems.
- Create and maintain recipe cards, costing documentation, and photo specifications.
- Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and support financial administration.
- Prepare and maintain allergen information, event documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
- Support Health & Safety compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote high standards of food hygiene, professionalism, customer service, and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
