We\’re on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Kiosk Team Leader to take the reins and lead a dynamic team on match days at Villa Park!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Kiosk Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of one of our busy catering kiosks — overseeing up to 10 team members, ensuring top-notch service, and keeping the energy high from first whistle to final score.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Managing food prep, stock control, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handling cash, operating tills, and completing all necessary kiosk reporting and admin
- Ensuring smooth, efficient service – especially during high-pressure peak times like halftime!
- Acting as the key point of contact between your team and senior management
- Delivering clear briefings and ensuring every team member is prepped and ready
- Overseeing end-of-day shutdown procedures, including cleaning and stock checks
Location:
Villa Park, Trinity Road, Birmingham, B6 6HE
Shifts: Approx. 4–6 hours on home match days
Upcoming Fixtures You\’ll Need to Be Available For:
- Sunday 5th October
- Sunday 26th October
- Thursday 6th November
- Sunday 9th November
Due to the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience leading a team in hospitality (bar, restaurant, pub, events, etc.)
- Confident leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team under pressure
- A proactive, can-do attitude with great communication skills
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Must be able to commute reliably to Villa Park
