Chartwells Independent, a leading catering and support services provider to Independent Schools in the UK, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef on site in Greater London. You will plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the Company and Client, with stock control and strict hygiene practices on a day-to-day basis.
You will work closely with the leadership team on site, manage a team, implement menu changes and respond to feedback to continually raise quality and service levels.
