You will plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standard required, while managing stock, waste and on-site hygiene to the highest standards. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure exceptional service.
You will support with menu changes, create new concepts, and help maintain a positive brand image through every plate and interaction with clients.
