Hospitality Supervisor -Kings Cross - Earn over £35K + paid overtime
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Hospitality Supervisor to join the team at a flagship site in Kings Cross.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple events simultaneously, handling last-minute changes and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Events range from simple tea and coffee drops to high-profile CEO and VP receptions, formal dinners and corporate hospitality.
You will work as part of a team of 10, including an Events Manager, two Assistant Managers, another Supervisor, four CSAs and a Kitchen Porter.
- What you'll be doing
- Supervising the day-to-day hospitality and events operation across the site.
- Supporting the delivery of a high volume of events, from small meetings and coffee breaks to VIP receptions and formal dinners.
- Coordinating and supervising events from set-up through to completion.
- Managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously in a busy environment.
- Responding quickly and professionally to last-minute requests and changes.
- Ensuring consistently high levels of service and presentation.
- Working closely with the Events Manager, Assistant Managers and wider hospitality team.
- Supporting the team during busy periods and leading by example on the floor.
- Assisting with events across different London sites when required.
- Working flexibly and supporting overtime when required, with all overtime paid.
- What you need to succeed
- At least 2 years' experience in a Hospitality Supervisor or similar role within a busy corporate, events or high-end hospitality environment.
- Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong potential.
- Experience working in a high-volume events environment is essential.
- Confident managing multiple events and competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Comfortable dealing with last-minute changes and demanding requirements.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- A professional and polished approach when working with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and VPs.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work across London when required.
