What You'll Be Doing

As a Helpdesk & Switchboard Operator, you will

  • Operate a computer-based switchboard system.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and service requests.
  • Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, trauma and security alerts.
  • Record and maintain accurate information and logs.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
  • Respond confidently and professionally to emergency situations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
