Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you hands-on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We’re looking for a Grounds Person to join our team and help ensure our outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard, remaining clean, safe and well-presented all year round.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs and flower beds
  • Carrying out grass cutting, weeding and litter picking duties
  • Operating grounds maintenance tools and machinery safely
  • Supporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting and snow clearing
  • Working to high standards while following health & safety requirements at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime and winter on-call duties
