The Guest Services Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all the needs of the client are met and exceeded in a professional and friendly manner. As the face of the business, you will ensure all client needs are met and exceeded while motivating, coaching, and managing your team to deliver high‑quality services. You will take ownership of operational, people, and business responsibilities to support the broader goals of the company and its clients. You will oversee managing and motivating a brilliant team of 8 to continue to deliver high quality services.

Type of contract: Full‑time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM – 6 PM)

Salary: £38,204 per annum

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate your team, offer guidance, nurture, and support.
  • Ensure the core service hours are always covered by the team through effective rota management.
  • Oversee the daily reception operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure SOPs are up to date and are being followed.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the client to continue improving the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 1 year’s experience as a Team Leader within a corporate, luxury hotel or luxury airline environment.

  • Have a natural ability to nurture the team, ensuring they are well supported and motivated.
