We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Club Host to join our growing team at Liverpool Street. Our client's location is a modern meeting room and events venue designed by the famous architecture firm Gensler. There is also an amazing coffee bar that services the spacious lounge and two large workshops for clients to use for their bigger groups meetings and events. We are offering cycling facilities on site for anyone that wishes to cycle to work.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM) with flexibility for later events to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries and ensure the booking process is concise and well managed with a real focus to elevate the customer experience.
  • Arrange catering to be delivered to the meeting room and event spaces on time, keeping a detailed log of all booking enquiries and feedback to create a weekly report.
  • Help customers with connecting to the AV and be on hand if there are any issues.
  • Welcome guests into the Club and give tours as needed.

  • Possess excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Be punctual and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Be capable of multitasking and handling last-minute requests creatively and efficiently.
