What you'll be doing
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors.
- Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up to the highest standard, including catering and hospitality.
- Supporting guests throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving requests with confidence.
- Maintaining exceptional presentation across client‑facing areas, meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.
- Delivering food and beverage service for meetings and events.
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and Executive Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Supporting workplace and facilities activities, including onboarding, inductions and day‑to‑day operational support.
- Assisting with evening events when required.
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes, introduce new ideas and enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Working flexibly across reception and hospitality, supporting the wider team wherever needed.
The ideal candidate will

- Be confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
