What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and planning a diverse portfolio of events from enquiry through to delivery
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly
  • Collaborating with operational teams to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Preparing event documentation, function sheets, and operational briefs
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Driving revenue opportunities through upselling and identifying additional client needs
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the events team
  • Ensuring events are delivered in line with Levy's high standards of service and hospitality

What We're Looking For
