What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service – including cleaning, catering, portering, security, and retail operations.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across a busy, high‑profile clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Drive performance across all soft FM services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
