We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join a busy, professional hospitality operation in Northamptonshire on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting the front of house team during daily service.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Managing day-to-day team operations, including workflow, attendance, and shift cover.
  • Training and inducting new team members.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
