Type of contract: Full‑time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Providing office, reception, and floor management cover to several locations across Canary Wharf.
  • Welcoming, meeting, greeting, and registering guests at the main reception.
  • Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Handling all external and internal calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting of all facility‑related issues, including health and safety, and following company service and H&S standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have previous experience in front‑of‑house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment.

  • Have excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs).
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
