We're looking for an experienced Floor Host Supervisor to join the Rapport family at one of our flagship client locations in the heart of Canary Wharf. Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and support a team of three Floor Hosts, ensuring consistently high service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and implementing new ways of working.
- Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office floors, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well‑presented workplace.
- Act as the escalation point for workplace enquiries and coordinate with Facilities to resolve maintenance and service issues.
- Conduct regular floor walks and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, stock levels and meeting room readiness.
- Support office moves, workspace planning, desk bookings and building relocation projects.
- Oversee workplace amenities, refreshments and administrative services to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Gather employee feedback to identify opportunities to enhance workplace services.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and provide leadership as the evening point of contact until 8pm when required.
The ideal candidate will

- Have previous experience as a Floor Host Supervisor or in a similar workplace hospitality leadership role.
- Have proven experience leading and developing a team.
