Chartwells Independent is seeking a Facilities Manager for Hereford to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management across a dynamic estate. You will lead operational teams, manage suppliers, ensure safety compliance, and build strong client relationships to deliver safe, efficient facilities services.
You will manage both hard and soft FM services, monitor performance using KPIs, control budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement across site operations.
