Working within exclusive hospitality areas, you will deliver a personalised and seamless guest experience across football fixtures, concerts, NFL games, and world‑class live events. As a Butler, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for high‑profile guests, ensuring service standards consistently reflect the prestige of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Levy UK.

Your Role

As part of the Platinum Hospitality team, you will provide attentive, discreet, and proactive service from guest arrival throughout their experience to departure. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across food and beverage service, guest interaction, and overall presentation within luxury hospitality spaces. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for fine hospitality who thrive in fast‑paced, guest‑focused environments and take pride in delivering world‑class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Presence: All service staff must maintain upright posture, controlled movement, and immaculate grooming at all times.
  • Guest Interaction: Guests are addressed politely and formally, using titles, unless advised otherwise. Communication will be refined, calm, and discreet.
  • Service Awareness: Team are expected to anticipate guest needs through observation. We are striving for exceptional service which feels seamless and unobtrusive.
  • Food & Beverage Service: Plates and beverages will be placed with precision and confidence, using the correct service side as instructed. Service will be silent, smooth, and coordinated.
  • Synchronized Service: Service will be executed simultaneously on the team leader’s visual cue without the need for verbal communication.
  • Match Day Conduct: Absolute discretion is required at all times. Staff will be able to remain calm under pressure and uphold the highest standards of professionalism reflective of Tottenham Hotspur’s leadership environment.
