Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Bar Backs to join our elite hospitality team at the world-famous O2 Arena. This role is ideal for those with bar or hospitality experience who live nearby and are looking for flexible hours, consistent event opportunities, and the chance to work at one of London’s most iconic live entertainment venues.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders by restocking drinks, glassware, and ice throughout service.
• Maintain clean, organised bar areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stock rotation.
• Ensure efficient service by responding quickly to team needs.
• Uphold the highest hygiene, safety, and service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a bar or hospitality role (essential).

✅ Work Ethic: Reliable, energetic, and proactive with a hands‑on attitude.

✅ Teamwork: Calm, adaptable, and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.

✅ Attention to Detail: Keeps bars stocked, clean, and guest‑ready at all times.

✅ Availability: Able to work late‑night shifts (up to 1 am), including evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

✅ Location: Preferably live nearby The O2 for ease of travel to late finishes.
