About the role
We're looking for an Executive Chef who can lead a kitchen operation today while helping shape what it becomes in the future.
As our team, operations and offering continue to grow, we need leader equipped to shape the growth with confidence and foresight, not simply to responded to it.
You will take full ownership of our food offer and kitchen operations at this site, while also playing a genuine role in our longer-term culinary strategy.
It's a rare combination of hands-on leadership and strategic input ideal for a chef who's ready to broaden their role beyond the kitchen.

- What You'll Be Doing Food & Innovation
- Develop and evolve our food offer, driving innovation in menu planning and consistently high standards of quality and delivery.
- Play a role in designing our future kitchen facilities, from layout to equipment to operational flow.
- Operations, Compliance & Finance
- Own kitchen operations end-to-end, from prep and inventory to waste management, while ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Manage budgets, supplier relationships, and procurement with strong cost control.
- Use digital tools to track performance, spend, and compliance, turning operational data into real decisions.
- Team Leadership
- Lead all kitchen-based staff, through the employee "lifecycle"- recruitment, training, development and performance management - building a team to support our growth.
- Build an accountable, collaborative culture of continuous improvement, one that scales as we do.
- Currently a 23 strong kitchen team, that will grow continuously as we expand.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience managing large kitchen teams or multi-site food service operations.
- A high level of culinary skill and creativity, alongside solid knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance.
- A track record in financial management and confidence with Excel and digital kitchen systems
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours to support the operational needs of the service
