Events & Room Bookings Team Leader
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard shifts are 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, with flexibility required between 7:00am and 8:00pm to support business events.

Leading a team of nine across room bookings, events and room set-up, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience while supporting the implementation of new systems and creating best-in-class operating procedures.

- Main Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Events and Room Bookings team, ensuring a seamless service.
- Manage, coach and develop a team across room bookings, events and room set-up.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures to support service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with catering and other service partners to deliver outstanding events.
- Support the contract through a period of change, driving continuous improvement and embedding new systems.
