This role combines event operations support with administrative coordination. Working closely with the Senior Events Advisor, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full event delivery process while helping to keep operations organised and running smoothly. The position is designed as a development opportunity for someone looking to build a career in event operations. You will be involved in both the practical and administrative aspects of event delivery, with ongoing support and guidance from the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events.
- Assist with event administration, scheduling and documentation.
- Shadow the Senior Events Advisor to gain operational experience and insight into event delivery.
- Help manage event logistics, supplier coordination and event records.
- Support communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with operational duties on event days.
- Maintain accurate event records, reports and administrative systems.
- Is organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Is keen to learn and develop within event operations.
- Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
