Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:30pm

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to take charge of our evening catering operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help deliver a smooth and successful service every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Preparing and serving fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards
  • Managing stock levels, completing stock takes, and ensuring products are available and well-presented
  • Handling cashing up procedures and ensuring accurate financial controls at the end of service
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the shift
  • Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operation in the absence of senior management

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous culinary or food preparation experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment
  • Experience supervising or managing a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Organised, reliable, and confident making decisions independently
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering great food and service
