Programme Overview

Your role will involve rotating through different teams within our UK business sectors, tackling real‑world challenges, and working on projects that matter. You will receive structured learning, mentorship, and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through up to six 9‑month placements across diverse functions.
  • Tackle real‑world technical challenges and contribute to product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Create and maintain code, architecture, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a first or upper second class Honours degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (within the last two years).
  • Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to experiment.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Ready to take ownership and drive change.

Eligibility

You must be able to demonstrate right to work in the UK without Compass Group sponsorship for the full duration of the programme and beyond.
