If so, we’d love to meet you at our upcoming virtual recruitment event on Friday, 19th June between 9.30 AM and 1.30 PM. We are looking for a corporate receptionist to join our Rapport team at our prestigious client's offices, based in the heart of Edinburgh. If you are passionate about providing great service, then we would love to receive your application.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM to 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
  • Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be a self-starter with experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service skills are essential).
  • Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
