We're currently recruiting a dedicated Costa Maestro to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Costa Maestro, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Keeping the bar area clean
  • Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Being a brilliant communicator and easily building relationships
  • Having previous experience in customer service
  • Striving for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
  • Taking initiative and making decisions that are right for our customers
  • Having hands‑on experience with brewing equipment
  • Possessing the ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrating exceptional timekeeping and reliability
