Salary: £13.71 per hour

Contract: Permanent, 30 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends)

About the Role:

As a Retail Catering Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience for our visitors at one of the UK’s most iconic visitor attractions. Working within Compass Group UK & Ireland, you’ll help lead frontline teams across a variety of busy catering outlets, ensuring high standards, great service, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of multiple catering outlets
  • Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during service
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
  • Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic stock controls
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within high volume catering
  • A confident communicator who leads by example
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy service periods
  • A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak trading periods
