Salary: From £10.79 to £12.21 per hour (depending on age), paid weekly

Whipsnade Zoo is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our Catering Team on a zero‑hour basis. You’ll be helping us deliver a busy season, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience!

About the Role:

As part of our Catering Team, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent service. Duties will vary but may include:

  • Assisting with food and drink preparation and service
  • Greeting and serving guests
  • Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and furniture
  • Supporting the smooth running of catering operations during peak periods
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Shift Options:

We offer a variety of shifts, which vary due to business needs, giving you flexibility while earning extra income. Please ensure you can commit to mainly working daytimes and evenings throughout the week and weekend.
