We're looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy General Manager to lead our Food operation, working closely with the General Manager to deliver an outstanding food service experience.
You'll take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the contract, ensuring exceptional operational standards, commercial performance, health and safety compliance, and an engaged, high‑performing team.
