We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Deputy Domestic Manager to help lead domestic services at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, one of the UK’s most respected healthcare environments. Working with Medirest (Compass Group), you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering safe, compliant, and high‑quality cleaning services that directly support patient safety and exceptional hospital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of high‑quality domestic services across clinical and non‑clinical areas
- Ensure compliance with NHS Cleaning Standards, infection control, KPIs, and H&S regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams
- Support audits, inspections, and service improvement initiatives
