We are recruiting a part-time Dedicated Network Receptionist to join our fantastic Rapport team, based on Regent Street and St James. Our client is a global leading property management company, and you will have the opportunity to work in several different types of reception from ground floor to community coordinator and residential, whilst remaining within the same area. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, sociable environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 24 per week (Wednesday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM – 8 PM)
Flexibility is key, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service continuity across the client’s portfolio, providing cover for lunches, holidays, training sessions, and occasional unplanned absences.
Salary: £20,800 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of each building within the client’s portfolio to support flexible coverage.
- Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of clients and visitors.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure they are correctly booked out and turned over.
- Greet and assist all guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide consistently high standards of service delivery.
- Work proactively and efficiently to ensure timely and reliable support.
- Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
