We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Responsibilities
  • To be the regular day-to-day client contact and maintain basic reports.
  • To ensure 5 star cleaning standards are delivered every day.
  • To manage stock control of all items within the remit of the role (linen and consumables).
  • To train and develop the team in all tasks.
  • To promote a safety culture and ensure the team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • To ensure the delivery and quality of the operation are in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures as well as KPI’s.
  • Recruit, train and develop the team to ensure they have the required skills to do their jobs safely and well whilst ensuring the team is engaged and managed effectively to achieve their performance targets.
  • To manage the labour, equipment & resources budget.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH.
  • Excellent people management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in carrying out monitoring of quality standards/audits.
  • IT literate.
  • Passion for training and leading a team.
  • Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements including attending meetings.
