We are recruiting a Customer Service Host to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; 7 AM – 8 PM, with flexibility according to business needs)

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Providing an exceptional welcome to customers to the building.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operation on the floor and a safe working environment for all floor occupants.
  • Improving customer engagement in all areas.
  • Ensuring all equipment/technology is in working order and reporting when required.
  • Maintaining high standards so that customers' expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Checking that all meeting rooms are set up correctly according to the agreed specification.
