We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based in London Victoria. Responsible for the ground floor reception, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the building, conducting visitor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting. You will be working across 3 buildings within the shift, all located within very close proximity. Our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors. The client is one of Europe’s largest property companies that builds and invests in buildings, spaces, and partnerships to create sustainable places, connect communities, and realise potential. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of service and care to the client, its customers, guests and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 25 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 10 AM – 3 PM)

Salary: £21,169 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards.
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Ensuring that all attendees are pre‑registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day.
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation.
