Overview
We are looking for a brilliant Corporate Receptionist to join our team based in Nottingham. Our client is a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organisations. This is a stand-alone position offering the perfect platform for someone who thrives on creating positive first impressions, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional hospitality. From managing meeting room set-ups to ensuring every guest feels valued, you will play a key role in shaping an outstanding workplace experience.
The successful candidate will hold the job title of Client Support Services Ambassador.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Deliver a five-star front-of-house experience, warmly welcoming guests, anticipating needs, and ensuring every visit runs seamlessly.
- Manage the full client journey, from registration and host notifications to meeting room coordination and visitor escorting.
- Maintain immaculate reception, meeting, and hospitality areas, ensuring rooms are set up, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.
- Support hospitality services by preparing and serving refreshments, coordinating catering orders, and keeping equipment and tea points in good order.
- Oversee facilities-related tasks such as post handling, access pass management, and reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Provide first-line support for AV and meeting technology, liaising with IT or facilities teams as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and service partners to ensure efficiency, discretion, and exceptional client care at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting innovative ways to enhance services, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
