We are excited to be recruiting a Community Coordinator/Corporate Receptionist, who will be working in a new flexible workplace with great facilities, surrounded by the energy and opportunities of a prime central London location. Looking after prestige clients, booking meeting rooms and building relationships are just a few of the amazing areas of this role.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate rapport with the guests arriving at the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5.30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: ÂŁ32,500 per annum

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining appropriate appearance of the space and meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors to the site / Managing the attendee list
  • Assisting visitors with check-in, and ensuring they are looked after during the duration of their meeting
  • Overseeing the meeting room bookings including the meeting room setup
  • Events preparation (promotion, logistics, space set up, deliveries)
  • Being responsible for the inbox and emails management.
  • Liaising with the client team for diary management, managing internal and external requests for space
