  • Maintain strong knowledge of building services, temporary changes, and project updates to guide users and support new ways of working, including digital service delivery.
  • Monitor desk, floor, and office utilisation daily and support moves and transitions in line with project phases and firm strategy (e.g. shared and hot-desking).
  • Log, track, and follow up on maintenance, cleaning, security, and supplier issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Act as the key floor contact, building effective relationships with partners, stakeholders, and floor representatives, and communicating project updates and progress.
