Role Snapshot
You will assist both the Head and Sous Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation offood to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You\\\’ll also assist in thesmooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade makingsure you provide outstanding food experiences for our clients. You will need to support your kitchen tomake sure it is fully compliant with Compass process, healthy and safety and food hygiene regulationsand run commercially in line with budget expectations.
