Overview

Willing to be DV Cleared

Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends

Hours: day time

Due to this role being in a high security environment, all applicants must be a British citizen and have been in the UK for 10 years or longer, and must not have left the UK for more than 2 months at any one time in the last 3 years.

We're currently recruiting full time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaning team, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. We are looking for cleaners that are DV Cleared or who will pass a DV clearance check.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
