Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM - 6 PM)
Salary: £34,165 per annum

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Provide refreshments to clients when necessary.
- Assist staff with tea, coffee, and adhoc assistance to meet staff satisfaction.
- Offer administrative support including photocopying, scanning, printing, binding documents, booking taxis and couriers, collecting and distributing parcels.
- Manage meeting room reservations and ensure accurate processing of enquiries (booking rooms, video/audioconference, catering).
- Assist in organising different types of events by setting up breakfast/lunches, dinners.
- Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Take ownership of the reception area, maintaining cleanliness and coordination with cleaners, facilities, security, and other departments.

- Highly organized multitasker with strong organisational skills and ability to juggle tasks efficiently.
